How Can We Help
HD Claim have long standing relationships with a panel of solicitors who are experienced in pursuing housing disrepair claims against private landlords, local councils and housing associations.
All our solicitors operate on a conditional fee agreement or more commonly known as a ‘No Win No Fee’ agreement. Under this agreement, the solicitor funds the cost of your claim and will also fund the cost of having an expert surveyor report produced which acts as your evidence for the claim.
Should the solicitor succeed with your claim then they will deduct their fee from your compensation. If they don’t succeed then they will NOT present you with a bill of their costs. You can rest assured that you will not be out of pocket as a result of the work done on your behalf.

Finally, you can sit back and relax while HD Claim and your solicitors do all the work. The average claim takes 4-6 months, however if your case is more complex, it can take longer.
