How long do I have to return an item?
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Are there any fees for returns or exchanges?
Standard returns are free for defective or incorrect items. For non-defective items, a handling/restocking fee may apply, which will be explained during the return process.
What if the product arrives damaged or faulty?
