Modern Method of Auction

Bright Move specialises in the Modern Method of Auction, which gives the winning bidder a defined Exclusivity Period to exchange contracts. This structure provides more time for mortgage arrangements, surveys, and due diligence.

• 56-day Exclusivity Period (unless stated otherwise)

Traditional Auction

With a traditional auction, contracts are exchanged immediately once the auction concludes. A non-refundable 10% deposit is paid straight away, and completion typically takes place within 28 days. This method suits cash buyers and those who have finance arranged in advance.
